Girls Lacrosse

Registration is OPEN for Ballard Girls Lacrosse – register today! We are gearing up for another great season at the Dam! It’s a no-cut program with both Varsity and JV, welcoming athletes of all experience levels. The spring season runs from February to mid-May, with tryouts starting Feb. 23 and games kicking off March 8, 2026. Scholarships are available. Registration is open for Boys Lacrosse!

Registration is now open for Ballard Boys Lacrosse! Register today! Lacrosse is a competitive, fun, no-cut spring sport with both a varsity and JV team, coached for the 4th year by Ray Pryphun.

Dance Team

The Dance Team will be on the road to Districts (held March 7 at Mt. Si High School. The dancers started the season strong, already earning qualifying scores for their Pom and Lyrical routines. Upcoming events also include the Tahoma High School Competition on Saturday, February 14, and the Puyallup High School Competition on Saturday, February 28.

Their goal is to compete again at the WIAA State Dance & Drill Championships, held March 27-28 at the Yakima Valley SunDome.

Senior members Addie L. and Bria M. will be celebrated during halftime of the Boys Basketball game against Ingraham, which tips off at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, January 23.

Coed Ultimate Frisbee (No cut)

Ultimate Frisbee is finishing up its Mixed (co-ed) regular season with two more games. The Beavers take on the Garfield Haze at Northwest School at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, January 24. The game will be played on the Garfield High School Football Field.

Unified Basketball

On December 16, Ballard Unified hosted Lincoln’s Unified squad at the annual Jam the Dam basketball game, a spirited evening celebrating inclusion, teamwork, and school pride.

Upcoming schedule:

• January 24 at Seattle Academy, Unified Team 1 starts at 1 p.m. and Unified Team 2 start at 11 a.m.
• January 31 at Kent-Meridian, Unified Team 1 starts at 11 a.m. and Unified Team 2 starts at noon.
