Main Office Summer Hours

Summer Office Hours are 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Questions? Call 206-252-1000. The building will be closed on July 4, 2025.


Students & Graduates & Incoming Student News

  • Graduates: Transcripts for all Graduates were sent to the college indicated through the Graduation Survey on Naviance on July 2, 2025 as well as to the NCAA for Athletics. 
    • Hard copy of the Diploma and Final Transcripts can be picked up in the Ballard HS Main Office starting Mid July. Need ID to pick up.
      • If a student is unable to pick up a diploma, only a parent or guardian listed in PowerSchool can pick up their diploma for them with valid ID. Questions: Call the Main Office at 206-252-1000.
  • Pre-Purchased Yearbooks: There are yearbooks paid for but not picked up yet.
  • Yearbooks are SOLD OUT. Students can still pick up pre-purchased yearbooks in the office.

  • Register online via FinalForms for ALL seasons. Pay ASB fee (25-26 fees must be paid before tryouts via the Source/SchoolPay) via SchoolPay via the Source.

Beaver Gear and Spirit Wear Breakdown

  • Athletic Booster Club (ABC) has Beaver Gear and spirit wear (shorts, baseball tee, bleacher seats, plaid flannels, socks, scarf and hats) on the ABC website with Duffle Bags offered at different times of the school year. Refer to the Spirit Wear updates.
  • The DAM” BHS Student Store run by Advanced Marketing Students in the Activity Center (AC) has great spirit items (t-shirts, hoodies, sunglasses, etc.).
  • Performing Arts (BPA) spirit merchandise can be found on the BPA Website and offered at different times of the school year.
  • Athletics! Check with coaches about specific Athletics/Sports Merchandise
