• Track: Metro Championships are 10 a.m. Saturday at SWAC
  • Please join us in congratulation the following Track and Field Metro Champions! Ciana J. in the girls’ 400m dash and 800m run. Cassidy A. in the girls’ 3200m run.Top 8 finishers scored points for the team (Girls placed 4th as a team. Boys 9th) and the top 10 finishers for each event qualified for the district meet.
    • Saturday Metro Track Meet tickets: Metro Track/Field Championship Meet – Day 2 (Saturday)
      • Districts are May 21 and May 23 at Renton Memorial Stadium. (12:30 p.m. start on Thursday, and 10 a.m. on Saturday) District Track tickets: Sea-King WIAA District 2 Events and Tickets by GoFan
      • State Tournament is May 28-30 at Mount Tahoma High School: Tournament – Track & Field | Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WA)
• Baseball Update: Baseball wrapped up with the Metro Tournament after losses to Lakeside (4-0) May 6 and Blanchet (2-0) May 11.
• Softball Update: Ballard Softball lost to Ingraham yesterday afternoon 7-5, ending their District Tournament bid.
• Soccer Update: Boys Soccer fell 3–2 to Lakeside at home on May 6, ending their Metro Tournament run.
• Golf: Senior Lucas Williams will be competing at the State Golf Championships May 19-20 at Deer Park Golf Club in Spokane. Williams came in second in State at last year’s event. Results will be posted here: Tournament – Golf | Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WA)
• BUF Gx: Watch for updates.

Girls Lacrosse

Registration is Open for Ballard Girls Lacrosse – register for Girls Lacrosse today! We are gearing up for another great season at the Dam! It’s a no-cut program with both Varsity and JV, welcoming athletes of all experience levels. The spring season runs from February to mid-May, with tryouts starting Feb. 23 and games kicking off March 8, 2026. Scholarships are available. Registration is now open for Ballard Boys Lacrosse! Register for Boys Lacrosse today! Lacrosse is a competitive, fun, no-cut spring sport with both a varsity and JV team, coached for the 4th year by Ray Pryphun. 

The season runs March through mid May. Full and partial scholarships are available.
