What is the PTSA BASH!

Short Answer: BASH is the annual fundraising dinner
hosted by the Ballard High School PTSA.
Long Answer: The annual Spring Fundraising event, know as the BASH was the brainchild of Dick Lee, Class of 1961 and became an annual event in 1990 sponsored by the Ballard High School Foundation. The BHS PTSA began sole sponsorship in 2002 and have continued the tradition of raising money for
All Ballard HS Academics.

More About the BHS PTSA BASH

Beaver with coffee mug and computer in front of a clock

The BASH event is the largest contributor to the BHS Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) Grant Awards. Funds raised at the BASH support teacher grants for academic materials not covered by district funding. This year we are raising the paddle for ALL Career and Technical Education (CTE). CTE offers a wide array of career and college readiness after high school. Classes like media arts, engineering, technology, science activity, video production and more strengthen students’ skills and knowledge through hands-on-projects and problem-based learning. Many CTE classes offer CTE Dual College Credit or the opportunity to earn credit by passing AP or IB exams.

You won’t want to miss this fun evening including games, silent & live auction items, dessert dash, raffle drawing and an unforgettable. Working 9 to 5 performance by very special guests.
