Summer Office Hours

- September 2: New Student Orientation & First Day of School – View Bell Schedule
- September 3 & 4: School Pictures & Student Laptop Pickup
- September 7: Labor Day, No School
- October 8: Curriculum Night, 6:30 p.m.
- October 9: Staff Professional Development Day, No School
- October: SAT (Grade 12), PSAT (Grade 11) – Testing dates to be determined

Summer PTSA Mailings!
Class Schedules
Class Schedules will be available one to two days before school starts (First Day of School: Wed, Sept. 2, 2026 with Special Bell Schedule) and will be on the Source BUT they are subject to change throughout the first week of school due to class balancing. Make sure you check the Source every morning during the first week of school to ensure no changes to your schedule have been made.
Class of 2026 Graduates
- Transcripts for all Graduates were sent to the college indicated through the Graduation Survey on Naviance July 2, 2026 as well as to the NCAA for Athletics.
- Diplomas and Final Transcripts can be picked up in the Ballard HS Main Office.
- Student’s hard copy of the diploma can be pick up from the main office.
- We will hold diplomas at Ballard HS for 1 year
- Need ID to pick up.
- If a student is unable to pick up a diploma, only a parent or guardian listed in PowerSchool can pick up their diploma for them with valid ID and permission from the student.
- Questions: Call the Main Office at 206-252-1000.
- Student’s hard copy of the diploma can be pick up from the main office.
