Graduation Ceremony at Memorial Stadium on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 5 p.m.

The Ballard High School Graduation Ceremony is on June 14, 2024.

The Ceremony will be held at Memorial Stadium (no tickets required) at 5 p.m. Ballard HS Performing Arts: Concert Choir, Advanced Chorale, Wind Ensemble and select percussionists will perform at graduation.

Cords!

Here’s the four types of cords we will have this year:

  1. Student Unions
  2. Service Learning Based Clubs
  3. Nationally Recognized Organizations
  4. College-level Classes

Due May 1: Get Your Forms In!

  • Turn in any PE Waiver Forms, Service Learning Forms
    • Take your PE comp test if you need to…deadline is May 1 so we have time to process them and so you stay on track for graduation. 
  • See your school counselor if you have any questions. The counselors have drop ins at lunch every day so swing on by.

Class of 2024 Timeline for June 14

  • Friday, June 14: Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) at 9 a.m. and will finish before lunch. Seniors must attend the Rehearsal in order to participate in Graduation at Memorial Stadium, but only have to be at school that day during the rehearsal.
  • The Ceremony is at 5 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.
  • Students need to arrive at Memorial Stadium TBD and will enter the stadium via the Players’ Entrance off Republican.
  • Parking is limited, so plan accordingly.
  • Graduates will exit on the east side/opposite of the stadium, so families can plan to meet them near the International Fountain.

Helpful Reminders

  • Families should plan for time to park.
  • No tickets are required for the graduation and the event usual lasts two hours.
  • There is no reserved seating.
  • Stadium seat cushions are a good idea.
  • Rowland Graduation Photos TBD: Typically photos of Seniors receiving their diploma on stage as well as a Class “24” photo will be available to purchase at rowlandphoto.com using the Student ID.

Senior SPREE!

SPREE BHS 2024 Candy Roll

Senior SPREE the all-night grad party and BHS tradition! Following the graduation ceremony (time TBD), students hop onto chartered buses at Ballard High School. Throughout the night, grads will travel to two different exciting event venues and be treated to multiple activities, meals and fun.
