Class of 2024 Families, Don’t Unsubscribe From PTSA News!
Class of 2024 Families: Please do not unsubscribe from the PTSA Newsletter so we can keep you updated on Ballard HS Alumni news. You will no longer receive the Weekly PTSA Newsletter beyond June (if your family is graduating out of BHS), but you will be moved to our Class of 2024 Alumni list.
Graduation Ceremony June 14, 2024
The Ceremony was held at Memorial Stadium on June 14, 2024 at 5 p.m. Ballard HS Performing Arts: Concert Choir, Advanced Chorale, Wind Ensemble and select percussionists performed at graduation.

Commencement Program
Diplomas & Transcripts
Transcripts for all Graduates were sent to the college they indicated through Naviance on July 8, 2024.
Diplomas and Final Transcripts can be picked up in the Ballard HS Main Office starting on July 17.
- Student’s hard copy of the diploma can be pick up from the main office
- We will hold diplomas at Ballard HS for 1 year
- Need ID to pick up.
- If a student is unable to pick up a diploma, only a parent or guardian listed in PowerSchool can pick up their diploma for them.

Graduation Diploma Photos Now Online!
- Reminder! As in the past, Rowland Studio photographers were at the Ballard Graduation Ceremony and took pictures of the graduates receiving their diplomas and some other candids. Families can log on now with Student ID number to access photos as well as the Class “24” group photos (example below) Questions? Email info@rowlandphoto.com.
