Ballard Main Office Summer Hours

• Through August 26: The Main Office is open 8 a.m. – 2 .pm.
  • July 4 & 5: The Main Office will be closed.
  • July 31 – August 2: The Office will be closed for cleaning.
• August 27: Regular Office hours 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

  A friendly reminder that counselors are not available during the summer.

Final Grades/Report Cards

Final Report Cards for Semester 2 will be posted to the Source and available to all students/families on July 15.  As in previous years we do not mail report cards.

Transcripts for all Graduates will be sent to the college they indicated through Naviance as soon as they are available, most likely sometime after July 3 and well before July 15, 2024. See additional Class of 2024 info below.

Diplomas & Transcripts

Transcripts for all Graduates will be sent to the college they indicated through Naviance as soon as they are available, most likely sometime after July 3 and well before July 15, 2024.

Diplomas and Final Transcripts can be picked up in the Ballard HS Main Office starting on July 17.

• Student’s hard copy of the diploma can be pick up from the main office
  • We will hold diplomas at Ballard HS for 1 year
• Need ID to pick up.
• If a student is unable to pick up a diploma, only a parent or guardian listed in PowerSchool can pick up their diploma for them.

Students! Please turn in your laptops and books/textbooks to the Ballard Main Office or come during Summer BeaverReader hours.

Athletic Registration & ASB Fees

Registration Due Dates

Registration Due: August 20 is due date for Fall Sports as well as any Athletic Season for the 24-25 School Year. Reminder: Get your physicals scheduled. 

Summer Practices: Students must be registered in FinalForms to participate

• Fall Sports: Football, XC (Girls, Boys), Golf (Girls, Boys), Girls Soccer, Girls Slowpitch Softball, Girls Swim & Dive & Volleyball
• Fall Club Sports: Boys Ultimate (signups are on club team websites)

Register online via FinalForms for ALL seasons. Pay ASB fee SchoolPay via the Source when the 24-25 School Year begins.
