School Choice District Assignment Letters
March 2, 2026
- February 24: School Choice lottery results will be posted via the Assignment Lookup Tool or through the Source. Families can view their student’s lottery outcome or their position on a waitlist online.
- Week of March 2: Assignment letters will be mailed and emailed to families who received a new school assignment through the lottery process.
- March 6: Welcome email sent to incoming families of 9th graders and new transfer students assigned to Ballard High School for 2026-2027 school year
