- New! Senior Yard Sign Fundraiser Update: Signs are in production and will be shipping soon. We will email all purchasers with pickup instructions/address once the signs are received. Please double check the email you used at purchase by searching for “contact@zeffy.com.” This is where the instructions email will be sent. - June 4: Senior Dinner & Awards Night (Seniors Only)
- Ballard Elks Lodge with Buca Di Beppo Catering: Doors open at 5 p.m. with food at 5:30 p.m. and awards at 6 p.m. Pre-Purchased Yearbooks distributed. Event ends at 8 p.m.
- Senior Dinner Tickets sold on SchoolPay ONLY (limited quantity available)
- May 9-24: $15 and May 25-31: $25
- June 6: Beaver Day: Assembly and Special Bell Schedule
- June 9: Senior Finals (Periods 1, 3, 5)

- Last Day For Seniors – June 12: Check-Out, Laptop Check-In. Last Day for Seniors

- Graduation Ceremony at Memorial Stadium 8 p.m.
- Cords: Do not purchase your own cords, there are certain cords for specific recognized groups that receive them, wait for further information from ASB & your club or student organization group.
- June 13: Senior SPREE
- Busses will leave from Memorial Stadium and students will be dropped off at Ballard HS at 5:30 a.m. on June 14. Students must be picked up at BHS. SPREE details.

Cap & Gown Orders National Achiever
Place orders online with National Achiever Ordering (Cap, Gown, Tassel, Stole & Diploma Cover, and Announcements etc.) available.
- Choose a Cap & Gown Unit (Cap, Gown, Tassel, Stole & Diploma Cover) and/or order individual items.
- Please Note! The Ballard HS Counseling Center has loaner Caps & Gowns (no tassel or stoles). Seniors would still need to purchase a tassel and stole for the class of 2025 (if you need assistance reach out to a BHS Counselor).
Pre-Purchased Cap and gowns were delivered to the BHS Main Office. Photo announcements and class rings are mailed directly to your home address. Questions? Contact National Achiever at 425-357-1338.

Graduation Ceremony June 13, 2025
Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal: Ballard HS at 9:30 a.m.
Ballard High School: June 13, 2025, 8 p.m.
Location: at Memorial Stadium No Tickets Needed
Ballard HS Performing Arts: Concert Choir, Advanced Chorale, Wind Ensemble and select percussionists performed at graduation.
Ceremony Reminders
- Complete Graduation Ceremony Accessibility Accommodations Form by May 8
- Please note that parking at Memorial Stadium is very limited and the stadium lot is a public lot for the Seattle Center. We are the SECOND graduation of the evening (after Lincoln) on Friday evening June 13 at 8 p.m., so please have a backup parking plan using one of the area parking structures.
- Families should plan for time to park.
- No tickets are required for the graduation and the event usual lasts two hours.
- There is no reserved seating
- Stadium seat cushions are a good idea.
- Graduation is outdoors. Wear layers and check the weather
- NO Air horns or other noise making devices.
- Balloons and items that might impede others’ view should remain in your vehicle. You will be asked to return them to the vehicle.

Graduation Photos Rowland Studios
Photos from the Ballard HS Graduation Ceremony will be available to view/order on the Rowland website using your graduate’s student ID number as the access code. Photos will be online for families and graduates to view and order within two weeks of graduation.
If photos are not yet available, you’ll be given the option to register for email and/or text notifications as soon as photos are available.
The Class of 2025 group photo will also be available to view & order with individual graduate photos.
