BHS Back to School Lunch For Staff Educators
The PTSA is hosting lunch for all 150 staff on campus August 27, where our staff and educators will be working long hours to prep our students for a great start to the 2026-27 school year. We need help with: Serving staff and educators, Bringing beverages, sides, or dessert, Donating money (we’ll handle the shopping!). Please sign-up now – thank you for coming together to support our amazing team at Ballard High School!
Start of School Volunteers Needed September 2, 3, or 4
Parents/Guardians: The first week of school is critical to getting students set up for success. Shifts range from 1–4 hours or whatever works for you! We need help with: Laptop check-out, Assigning lockers, Looking up course schedules and student IDs. Helping at photo days

Class of 2026 Graduates
- Transcripts for all Graduates were sent to the college indicated through the Graduation Survey on Naviance on of July 2, 2026 as well as to the NCAA for Athletics.
- Diplomas and Final Transcripts can be picked up in the Ballard HS Main Office AFTER July 6, 2026.
Current Students School Year 2026-27 Class Schedules
- Class Schedules will be available one to two days before school starts (Wed, Sept. 2, 2026) and will be on the Source BUT they are subject to change throughout the first week of school due to class balancing. Make sure you check the Source every morning during the first week of school to ensure no changes to your schedule have been made.

Support for Families in Need ResourcesBeaver Gear and Spirit Wear Breakdown
- Athletic Booster Club (ABC) has Beaver Gear and spirit wear (shorts, baseball tee, bleacher seats, plaid flannels, socks, scarf and hats) on the ABC website with Duffle Bags offered at different times of the school year.
- “The DAM” BHS Student Store run by Advanced Marketing Students in the Activity Center (AC) has great spirit items (t-shirts, hoodies, sunglasses, etc.).
- Performing Arts (BPA) spirit merchandise can be found on the BPA Website and offered at different times of the school year.
- Athletics! Check with coaches about specific Athletics/Sports Merchandise
