AP Exam Parent/Guardian Volunteers Needed
Thank you for considering helping to support our Ballard HS AP Testing! The BHS staff greatly appreciates volunteer support with student check-in before the tests. Please note that parents/guardians may NOT volunteer for a test that their student is taking, per College Board policy! If you are NOT already an approved SPS volunteer, you will receive instructions via email to register as a volunteer after signing up. Please keep a look out for that email. If you have any questions, please reach out to Cal Hartmann at cmhartmann@seattleschools.org, or at 206-252-1000. Refer to the days and times on the Sign Up Genius and Sign Up Today!
Interview and Hiring Training for BHS Parents!
BHS will be hiring staff for the 2026-27 school year and would love to have some family presence on interview committees. SPS requires anyone on interview committees to have interview training. There are interview training dates coming up on 4/23, 5/5 and 6/2, 4-5 p.m. on Teams. This training will prepare individuals to participate in interview teams to hire for positions that are represented by the Seattle Education Association (SEA) – Certificated, Paraprofessional, and SAEOP employee groups. Learn more about Interview and Hiring Training.
