BHS Summer Main Office Hours

Have a Great Summer!

• Summer Office Hours are 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• The building & office will be closed on Friday, July 3, and Monday, July 6.

Class of 2026 Graduates

• Transcripts for all Graduates are planned to be sent to the college indicated through the Graduation Survey on Naviance during the week of July 6, 2026 as well as to the NCAA for Athletics.
• Diplomas and Final Transcripts can be picked up in the Ballard HS Main Office week of July 6, 2026.

Current Students School Year 2026-27 Class Schedules

• Class Schedules will be available one to two days before school starts (Wed, Sept. 2, 2026) and will be on the Source BUT they are subject to change throughout the first week of school due to class balancing. Make sure you check the Source every morning during the first week of school to ensure no changes to your schedule have been made.

Yearbook Distribution | Sales

• Students! Please pick up your pre-purchased Yearbooks.
• Additional yearbooks for purchase: Available online or for cash at lunch or after school. Learn more. Make sure to bring your student ID when you pick up your yearbook!

Lost & Found!

• The general lost and found is in the first-floor foyer, and electronics/jewelry lost and found is in the main office.
  • We do not keep lost items over the summer, so please take your chance to collect your items now.

Artwork Pick-up

• Pick up by June 17, 2026. If you don’t have time to pick it up before the end of the year, it will be kept in SW110 so you can collect it next year.

First Day of School 2026-27

• Wed, September 2, 2026 (before Labor Day): First Day of School

Beaver Gear and Spirit Wear Breakdown

• Athletic Booster Club (ABC) has Beaver Gear and spirit wear (shorts, baseball tee, bleacher seats, plaid flannels, socks, scarf and hats) on the ABC website with Duffle Bags offered at different times of the school year.
• “The DAM” BHS Student Store run by Advanced Marketing Students in the Activity Center (AC) has great spirit items (t-shirts, hoodies, sunglasses, etc.).
• Performing Arts (BPA) spirit merchandise can be found on the BPA Website and offered at different times of the school year.
• Athletics! Check with coaches about specific Athletics/Sports Merchandise
