Congratulations Ballard Graphic Design Students

Please join me in celebrating Graphic Design seniors Anna Christensen, Jonah Stewart, and Dex Lyle, who swept the poster design competition for this year’s Northwest High School Film Festival (NWHSFF)l!  Anna took 1st place, with Jonah and Dex tying for 2nd and 3rd.

During last semester’s Graphic Design finals period, students designed and submitted posters for the festival. NWHSFF is one of the largest high school film festivals in the country, and the winning poster designs are used to promote the event throughout the year. The top design is printed for the event, and the first-place designer receives a framed copy and recognition on the festival’s website.
