Ballard Performing Arts (BPA) Mandatory Uniform Fittings

1. Mandatory BPA Uniform Fittings:
Days, Times & Location Options

It’s time to fit students for performance attire for the coming school year (Marching Band, Skirts, Dresses). We’ve scheduled three Uniform Fitting Events; students will try on their uniform(s) and take their concert attire home afterwards (marching band uniforms stay at school). If you have an unavoidable conflict and cannot attend any of these dates, please contact your director to let them know.

Mandatory Uniform Fittings Days & Times

• Monday, August 3: Closed
• Tuesday, August 4: Closed
• New! Friday, August 21: From 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Thursday, August 27: From 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Uniform Fittings Meeting Location

Meet in the Lobby outside of the Performance Auditorium Center (PAC).

Note! Marching Band Students 

• Please wear socks and a shirt and shorts or pants that your marching pants can easily slip over.
• Please mark your calendars as well our first football game is earlier than usual this year; first Varsity Football game vs Lincoln is on Thursday, September 3 at 7:00 p.m. at NWAC (Ingraham)
  • If you do not attend one of these three fitting sessions, the uniform team cannot guarantee you will have a uniform ready in time for the first game.

2. Sign Up For BPA Communication: CutTime Today!

BPA is now using the CutTime system to manage uniforms, scheduling, communications, volunteer sign-ups, and payments. Please be sure to activate and complete your Online CutTime Account as soon as possible. Learn more about CutTime.

Activate your account: You will (or have already) receive an email or a text message from CutTime. Please follow the prompts to complete your registration. Multiple Guardians: Each guardian must complete registration in order to have access to their student’s account. Multiple Students: Each of your students is linked to your account, so you can log in in once and see information for all your students. Click on each student’s name to see their complete profile.

3. Parent & Student Volunteers Needed!

Our Performing Arts Program this year is one of the biggest we’ve ever had, almost 400 students across Band, Orchestra, and Choir, each needing a uniform (and band students have two). We need parent and student volunteers to help on both August 21 and August 27. No experience needed, we’ll walk you through everything.

• Volunteers Needed. We need both student and parent volunteers to help with the fittings. Students will receive service learning hours.
