How Does Contact Tracing Work?

The Ballard High School PTSA looks forward to seeing you at our 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7 General Meeting via Teams!

We will be introducing our 2021-22 Board, sharing some of our important upcoming initiatives, and voting on our 2021-22 Budget and Standing Rules. Refer to the PTSA Weekly Newsletter to view budget and standing rules.

We have and an important program on our building response to COVID cases as they happen. Families may feel anxious about how contact tracing and quarantine protocols will affect their student so send us your questions and log on to our first PTSA General Meeting.

While SPS has information posted and updated on its Contact Tracing Steps webpage, our Special Guest, BHS School Nurse Laurie Tirtanadi, RN, MS, ARNP will detail how this looks in the Ballard HS building.

• What do I do if my student is sick?
• How will I know if my student is a close contact to someone with COVID-19?
• How long will my student have to quarantine and how will student learning be supported?
