Dear Ballard High School Community,

In Seattle Public Schools we value the input, ideas, and perspectives of our students, parents, guardians, and community.

Please take a few minutes to complete the following Principal Attributes Survey. We will take the survey results you provide and add them to similar surveys given to staff members of your school, as well as families and communities of your school. Your input will be shared with the superintendent which will help inform their decision as we search for, interview, and select the next principal of your school.
