Senior Checkout Process

Seniors Checkout Information

Senior Finals

  • June 8 (Periods 1. 3. 5) & June 9 (Periods 2, 4, 6) with June 10, 2026 for make ups or students needing more time.

Senior Check-Out

  • June 11, 2026: Senior Checkout Form (completed & signed), Fines, Due, Graduation Ticket Distribution and Laptop Check-In.

Senior Last Day

  • June 11, 2026: Senior Last Day.

All seniors must complete the Senior Checkout Form by clearing fines, returning books, laptops, chargers, and getting signatures. Seniors will bring their completed Senior Checkout Form to their Counselor at the scheduled times.

Graduation Ceremony Details

  • There is a mandatory Graduation Rehearsal at 9:30 a.m. June 12, 2026 at Ballard HS in the PAC.
  • The Ballard High School Graduation Ceremony is on June 15, 2026 at 5 p.m. at McCaw Hall.
