The Ballard High School Parent Teacher & Student Association is a parent volunteer driven non-profit organization dedicated to the social and academic enrichment of all students and families. We collaborate with the principal, staff, students, families, Athletic Booster Club, Performing Arts Center, BHS Foundation and community partners to support a wide variety of programs and activities.

Hands holding up heart

Ballard High School’s PTSA mission to Create an inclusive, supportive community that cultivates a tradition of excellence for all students. A power voice for students, A relevant resource for families, schools and communities, and A strong advocate for the well-being and education of all children.

The ability to deliver and support BHS PTSA programs and activities depends on the volunteer efforts and contributions of our community. There are many ways to be involved both during and outside of school hours. All are welcome and every hour volunteered makes a positive impact.

Any of our Board and Committee roles may be shared as a co-chair position, so you can collaborate on this important and fulfilling work with another parent/guardian. If interested in any of the open positions or would like to learn more, email Kim Flin at President@ballardhighptsa.org
