Academic Deadlines 2025-26

1st Semester 2025

• Wed, September 3, 2025: First day of school for 9th-12th grade students. Early release will occur every Wednesday except for the first week of school.
• Tue, Sept 16 (10th day of semester): Last day for students to request to drop a class. Class options are limited. Classes dropped after this date will result in a “W” on a student’s transcripts.
• Fri October 3 (end of 5th week): Last day for students to request a Pass/No Pass grade. (Form available in Counseling Office). Only one P/N allowed per semester. After the 5th week of the semester, administrative approval is required to drop a class, and an “E” grade will be posted on the student’s transcript for the dropped class.
• Fri, October 10: State In-service Day (no school for students) and last day for teacher to turn in grade changes including completion of “I” grades from last semester.
• November 5: End of First Quarter
• November 11: Veterans Day Observed (no school)
• November 27-28: Thanksgiving and Native American Heritage Day (no school)
• December 19: 1-hour early dismissal
• December 22-January 2, 2026: Winter break (no school)
• January 19: Martin Luther King Jr. Day (no school)
• January 23: First Semester Finals, Periods 3 & 6
• January 26: First Semester Finals, Periods 1 & 4
• January 27: First Semester Finals, Periods 2 & 5

2nd Semester 2026

• Thur, January 28: First day of Second Semester
• Wed February 11 (10th day of semester): Last day for students to request to drop a class. Class options are limited.
• February 16-20: Mid-winter break, including Presidents Day (no school)
• Friday March 6 (end of 5th week): Last day for students to request a Pass/No Pass grade. (Form available in Counseling Office). Only one P/N allowed per semester. • Friday March 13 (end of 6th week): Last day for teacher to turn in grade changes including completion of “I” grades from last semester.

• May 26: Memorial Day (no school)
• June 3: Senior Dinner/Awards Night (more details to follow)
