The Summer STEM Institute (SSI) is a 6-week virtual summer program that will run from June 21 to August 1, 2020.

SSI consists of three main parts:

(1) Data Science and Research Bootcamp | SSI will equip students with the valuable skills to conduct computational research. Students will learn how to apply
data science to interdisciplinary projects with real-world impact.

(2) Masterclass Lecture Series | Students will be connected with 30+ highly accomplished speakers from Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and other top institutions—from
Forbes 30 under 30 awardees, Intel Science Talent Search (STS) winners, to International Math Olympiad Medalists.

In response to COVID19 and School closures, Seattle Public Schools has ‘expanded’ an existing process to allow current students and parents of underage students to request official copies of transcripts via an online request system at no cost to the requestor/student.

If an unofficial transcript will work go to the Source and make a copy of the Semester 1 Grades from the Source (S1) or use a copy of the report card that was sent home.

This year, Seattle Pacific University’s Department of Engineering and Computer Science is offering three different camp sessions, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
