    Laptop RolloutSchool Year 2019-20 | Seattle Public Schools began implementation of a 1:1 laptop initiative last year. This initiative attempts to address equity gaps by providing every student with a laptop.

    Under the SPS Laptop Rollout Program the use of personal laptop devices are not supported at this time.

    The District laptops have access to apps and other resources that students will need, including printing. Regarding internet access we have brochures available in the main office with information about affordable plans. Students will have use of a district provided laptop through graduation. If you have any questions about this rollout please contact the Ballard Main Office at 206-252-1000.


    Students who need help with their SPS laptop at home

    To log onto student laptops, students enter their SPS username Example: 1jrsmith and password.
    If students are unable to log on or need assistance please call the support number at: 206-252- 0100. The line will be supported Mon- Fri from 7:00am to 4:00pm and if the line is busy you can leave a voice mail or email, the email box will be monitored Mon- Fri from 7:00am to 4:00pm
