Please consider helping with some of these short and quick important volunteer needs coming up at Ballard.

Every contribution is appreciated and volunteering is a great way to support your student and allow them to continue to have the great opportunities that having Volunteers like you provide.

SPREE 2019 Roll of CancySPREE Donations and Volunteers Needed!

Help make the alcohol and drug free all night party called SPREE memorable for our graduating seniors. Donations for prizes are now being accepted. Gift cards of $5-$20 each to places like Target and Bed Bath and Beyond as well as items like school supplies and portable speakers are great! Maybe your employer can donate?

We are still in need of parents/guardians of non seniors to chaperone the party on June 17th from 10:30pm until 6am June18th. If you are able to chaperone 11pm-2am or 2:30-5:30am that is helpful too! The night goes by fast and is really fun! A well deserved coffee gift card is yours at the end of the night! This event cannot happen without chaperones. Let’s keep the 28 year tradition going!

Volunteers are also needed from 9:45-10:45pm on June 17th to check seniors in for the party. This takes place in the Ballard High parking lot. If you can donate or volunteer contact Nancy Knoll at or text/call her at 206-909-6965.

The Ballard PTSA is looking for volunteers to help deliver great programs that benefit all Ballard High School students for the next school year. You can also come to one of our board meetings held monthly to find out ways you can help. The next one is on 6/6, at 6 p.m., in the BHS Library. Hope to see you there!! Right now, the PTSA is actively seeking Ballard High School parents who want to get involved with the BHS PTSA Executive Board who may wish to volunteer for the 2019-2020 school year.

All positions require little to no PTSA experience or only take a minimal amount of time. Please note that there may be more open positions than what we have listed for the next school year, so if you have any interest in getting involved in any capacity, please feel free to add your name to the form included in the page. You can simply select "interested in learning more" to start a conversation about any of the needs the PTSA will have this year or next year. You can see our open positions here
