 tudents though our BHS Staff and PTSA Newsletter and School Website. Learn

 rg/programs/reflections/).\n\nReflections Theme 2026-27 “What My Culture
  Means To Me”\n\nReflections is a National PTA arts recognition program 
 that helps students pre-K through grade 12 to\; create original artwork in
 spired by an annual theme. The program aims to celebrate student creativit
 y\, promote artistic literacy and increase access to the arts for all stud
 ents\, including the Accessible Arts (https://ballardhighptsa.givebacks.co
 m/w/reflections) division for students with disabilities.\n\nStudents may 
 enter in one or more of the available arts categories. Finalists from loca
 l PTAs will move on to their council PTA (if applicable)\, then finalists 
 from councils will advance to the state round. Washington State PTA finali
 sts who receive an “Outstanding Interpretation award will advance to the
