    Leading up to the event, if you have any questions you’d like answered, please submit them either via the 8th Grade Choices Questions form or complete the 8th Grade Choices Question Request Form below to help us answer as many of them that we can in our upcoming presentation. Seattle Public Schools Open Enrollment for School Choice begins on Feb. 1 and ends on Feb. 19, 2021

    Online Registration for New Students for 2021-22 School Year

    By registering early, families and students have access to lots of benefits. One benefit is families can participate in Open Enrollment and the School Choice Process. Students living in Seattle are guaranteed an assignment based on their address or at the school best able to serve their needs. Look up your neighborhood school on the SPS Address Lookup Tool webpage.

    Key Enrollment Dates

    Online Registration for new students for 2021-22 school year begins: Jan. 4, 2021
    Open Enrollment for School Choice: Begins on Feb. 1 and ends on Feb. 19, 2021
    Non-Seattle Resident Enrollment: June 1 - August 31, 2021
