    AP Registration and Payment Information


    ALL STUDENTS wanting to take an AP Exam must register. CLICK HERE
    Registration closes on Wednesday Feb 28th. The AP exams will be given at Ballard High School. Please check the schedule carefully. Each exam will cost $102 and payment will be made through SchoolPay via the Source.  

    We will continue to offer a reduced price of $15 per exam for students who qualify for F/R lunch. Students who qualify for F/R lunch will register and make payment (Cash or Check) at 1st or 2nd lunch in SW207 with Mr. Broom.
     
    Students will receive hard copies of the Bulletin for AP Students and Parents which includes exam schedule, testing policies, and a student checklist to help prepare for exam day.

    Deadlines:  Students will not be able to register after the closing date of February 28, 2018.  Registrations that are not paid by March 3rd, 2018 will be cancelled and exams will not be ordered.

    Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the time listed below. The times listed are the times the AP Exam will start.  Students arriving after the start of the exam will forfeit their exam.

    AP Exam Important Instructions

    Please Bring:
        •    Student ID
        •    Your AP Student Pack (This will be given to you at check-in for your first exam. Then it will be your responsibility it to bring to your next exams).
        •    Two #2 pencils with erasers
        •    A black or dark blue pen
        •    A scientific or graphing calculator (Chemistry, Calculus AB, Biology and BC)
        •    Water and a snack
        •    A sweatshirt or coat as the gym can run both cold and hot
     
    Please Do NOT Bring:
        •    Your Cell Phone
    The College Board has very strict rules about phones.  If your cell phone is seen or heard by any proctors during the test or even during the break, you will be dismissed from testing and your scores will be cancelled.

    Most 8:30 am exams should end between 12:00pm - 12:30pm. After the test, students are expected to attend their afternoon classes. Most 12:30pm exams should end between 4:00pm – 4:30pm.
