    Ballard High School won the Outstanding School (Senior Division) Award!

    The 39th Annual Washington History Day Virtual State Contest Awards Ceremony was held in Olympia Washington at the end of April. The National History Day Program is nation-wide social studies program for students in grades 6-12. This year we had 57 skilled and generous Teachers, 365 dedicated and hardworking Students and 233 creative and informative historical research projects to the 2021 Virtual State Contest with the theme this year Communication in History: The Key to Understanding.

    Students Win Gold Medal and Qualify for the National History Day Competition

    Amelia DeEulio and Charlie Hazel Pon won a gold medal and qualified for the National History Day competition for their documentary film.
